Happy Holidays from the CDTRP!
Please note that the CDTRP will be taking a break beginning December 21, 2020, returning January 4, 2021. We wish everyone in our community a happy and healthy holiday season.
If you’re feeling anxious or disappointed about the holidays this year, we encourage you to take a look at our “Holidays on Ice” webinar here, which is full of ideas on how to make the best of it despite COVID. CDTRP’s patient and family partners in particular have excellent advice on coping that we all can benefit from. (Champagne and shortbread for Christmas dinner, anyone?)
Last but not least, if you’re looking for stocking stuffers, the CDTRP has two suggestions:
- Prof. Timothy Caulfield’s new book entitled “Relax, Dammit!: A User’s Guide to Age of Anxiety“
-
A stylish green Together Strong face mask, on sale here, in support of the Canadian Transplant Association and other charitable organizations
