The Canadian Donation and Transplantation Research Program (CDTRP) wishes to congratulate Dr. Somaya Zahran, Ke Fan Bei, Aisha Adil, and Princess Okoh, CDTRP trainees, for their published article titled “Genetic Assessment of Living Kidney Transplant Donors: A Survey of Canadian Practices” published in the Canadian Journal of Kidney Health and Disease. Also co-authors are Dr. Thomas Kitzler and Dr. Ahsan Alam.

Their research reflects not only academic excellence but also a deep dedication to improving outcomes for living kidney donors and recipients. We are proud to support and celebrate the contributions of these emerging leaders in donation and transplantation research.
