Functional Resilience After Solid Organ Transplantation

Join us for a four-part virtual event series exploring physical activity and exercise after transplantation, from early post-transplant rehabilitation to long-term fitness, sports participation, and building resilience around exercise. We invite patients, family caregivers, clinicians, and researchers to join us as we share knowledge, experiences, and strategies to support functional recovery and active living post-transplant.

Schedule and topics (all sessions 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM EST):

  • 25 February – Rehabilitation Post-Transplant
  • 29 April – Sports Participation Post-Transplant
  • 17 June – Wearables & Virtual Exercise Options
  • 01 October – Resilience in Action: Tools to Thrive

When you register, you will be automatically registered for all four sessions, but you are welcome to choose which sessions you attend. Each session will highlight evidence-based practical strategies, and lived experiences to help transplant recipients stay active, motivated, and resilient.
