Job opportunity: CDTRP Patient, Family and Donor Research Platform Coordinator

The Canadian Donation and Transplantation Research Program (CDTRP) is currently looking for a Patient, Family and Donor (PFD) Research Platform Coordinator to join our team. Our research program mission is to fulfill every donation opportunity and transform transplantation into a cure by integrating research on technological, social and health innovations nationally in the most efficient and integrated way.

A strong, central feature of the CDTRP, the Patient, Family and Donor Researcher Partnership Platform gives patients, caregivers and living donors a voice while offering an environment to collaborate between families, investigators, project leads and CDTRP Themes. Nationwide patient, family and donor engagement is a priority in all CDTRP projects, spread across 5 Themes, which contributes to the relevance of research, transfer of knowledge and positive impact on transplantation and donation in Canada. This is not an advocacy group, rather a Platform for patients, families and donors to engage in ongoing donation and transplantation research in Canada.

The PFD Research Platform Coordinator must be a transplant (solid organ/cell/tissue) recipient, living donor, caregiver or donor family.

See the full job description here and please submit your resumé and cover letter, including a short description of your experience as a transplant recipient, living donor, caregiver or donor family to: info@cdtrp.ca.

The deadline for the application is February 21st, 2021.
