The Pediatric Transplant Symposium will take place on December 2nd, 2024 at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. Join us for an informative day to discuss exciting breakthroughs in the world of Pediatric Transplants! 
The program for the Pediatric Transplant Symposium was developed by a Planning Committee chaired by Dr. Lorraine Hamiwka. Other members of the planning committee are:
