CIHI Patient, Family, Donor Survey Opportunity

The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) is seeking nominations to participate in a survey to prioritize organ donation and transplantation (ODT) indicators and measures, planned to launch in mid-June to July. This survey will inform future reporting as part of the Pan-Canadian ODT Data and Performance Reporting System project, co-led by CIHI and Canada Health Infoway and funded by Health Canada.

CIHI is looking to identify patients, families and donors who have knowledge or experience with ODT data and would be interested in participating in the survey. The survey will cover indicators related to deceased donation, living donation and transplantation. Participants can complete the section(s) most relevant to them.
