The Consortium is an international network dedicated to improving organ donation and transplantation systems for Indigenous Peoples. The Consortium members include Indigenous and allied researchers, clinicians, health professionals, and Indigenous persons with lived experience.

The Consortium was created in response to persistent inequities in access to organ donation and transplantation medical services experienced by Indigenous communities. Guided by principles of Indigenous self-determination, data sovereignty, cultural safety, and relational accountability, the Consortium members work to identifying community priorities, shape research, and advancing solutions grounded in community knowledge and lived experience.
