Help Us Develop PFD Engagement Tools and Resources!
An innovative feature of the CDTRP is the Patient, Family, and Donor (PFD) Partnerships Platform. This platform ensures that patients, families, caregivers, living donors, and donor families are meaningfully integrated into CDTRP governance, research, policy development, and knowledge translation efforts. This alignment between research and the donation and transplant patient community keeps our work aligned with the real-world priorities and experiences of those most impacted.
To continue strengthening and improving PFD engagement across CDTRP activities, we are developing donation and transplant-focused tools and resources to support meaningful involvement. We need your input to guide this important work!
We invite you to complete a short survey (10 minutes) to share your perspectives on what resources and priorities the PFD Partnerships Platform should focus on.
There are two surveys available, depending on your role:
For Patient, Family, and Donor Partners:

Complete the PFD Partner Survey

For Researchers, Trainees, and Research Staff:

Complete the Researcher Survey

Your feedback will help ensure the tools and initiatives we develop are practical, impactful, and designed to support strong partnerships across the donation and transplant community.
