Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in OTDT – Knowledge Sharing Event by Canadian Blood Services
On Friday, June 25, from 12 – 2pm ET, Canadian Blood Services (CBS) is hoping to bring together investigators both involved in and interested in initiatives specific to diversity, equity, and inclusion in organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
CBS is hoping to have several brief presentations, while also leaving time for discussion.
Please let Lindsay Wilson (lindsay.wilson@blood.ca) know by Friday, June 11, if you or a member of your team would like to share any of the diversity, equity, and inclusion focused initiatives you are working on.
The length of the presentation will depend on the number participants interested in sharing, but should probably be between 5 – 10 minutes. Final timing will be confirmed when the complete list of presenters is available.
If you are interested in attending the event to learn more about diversity, equity, and inclusion in organ and tissue donation and transplantation, also let Lindsay know.
They are looking forward to this opportunity to share information, identify opportunities for collaboration and support, and identify gaps that still need to be addressed.
