Nicole Culos-Reed’s bio
Nicole Culos-Reed, PhD, is a Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Adjunct Professor Dept of Oncology, Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary. Nicole is a 2023 Killam Annual Professor, and is a health behaviour change researcher, holding an appointment with the Psychosocial Resources at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Cancer Care, AHS. Nicole studies the role of wellness behaviours in enhancing quality of life in those living with chronic disease, and how best to facilitate exercise behaviour change through building a positive motivational climate. Nicole holds numerous grants from CIHR, Canadian Cancer Society, Alberta Cancer Foundation, and from philanthropic sources. Nicole is the health behaviour change lead for the Transplant Wellness Program
