Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement annuel vise \u00e0 sensibiliser aux avantages du don de rein et de foie vivants, \u00e0 partager les histoires de donneurs et de receveurs de transplantation, et \u00e0 encourager davantage de personnes \u00e0 devenir donneurs vivants.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, le PRDTC et <a href=\"https:\/\/cansolveckd.ca\/\">Can-SOLVE CKD<\/a> s&rsquo;associent pour partager des histoires et des ressources sur le don vivant.
