Au cours de ce deuxi\u00e8me atelier, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Engager le public en ligne lors de changements de politique \u00bb, des intervenants de diff\u00e9rents horizons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 partager leur exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9cente et approfondie de l&rsquo;engagement du public en ligne. Ils ont discut\u00e9 des complexit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mod\u00e9ration des discussions, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un contenu informatif pr\u00e9cis et \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la d\u00e9sinformation. Ils ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis et les le\u00e7ons apprises.
