Ce groupe apportera un soutien aux personnes ayant subi une transplantation, \u00e0 leurs proches ainsi qu&rsquo;aux donneurs vivants.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de <em>Transplant Connect<\/em> est d&rsquo;inviter des conf\u00e9renciers afin de fournir des informations et une expertise suppl\u00e9mentaires aux participants du groupe de soutien.
