Les autres personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans ce projet sont le Dr Darren Freed, Tara Pidborochynski et Dr Michael Van Manen.<\/p>\n<p>Le PRDTC est fier d&rsquo;avoir soutenu le d\u00e9veloppement de ce travail par le biais d&rsquo;une subvention d&rsquo;innovation de recherche du <strong>CDTRP-Alberta Transplant Innovation Fund en 2019<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdtrp.ca\/fr\/resultat-de-la-competition-du-prdtc-2019-linnovation-en-recherche\/\">Lire la suite.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons r\u00e9cemment discut\u00e9 avec Jennifer pour parler de son projet ax\u00e9 sur la recherche en transplantation cardiaque.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:1px;border-bottom-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h5>Un bref aper\u00e7u du projet :<\/h5>\n<p>Trouver des c\u0153urs de donneurs acceptables \u00e0 utiliser pour les transplantations chez les enfants reste un d\u00e9fi. Seul un quart des c\u0153urs de donneurs disponibles sont actuellement utilis\u00e9s pour des transplantations chez l&rsquo;enfant. Plusieurs raisons expliquent cette situation, notamment la dur\u00e9e prolong\u00e9e de la sortie du corps des c\u0153urs de donneurs. Pour surmonter cet obstacle, nous avons con\u00e7u un dispositif pour les c\u0153urs de donneurs p\u00e9diatriques qui permettrait un flux sanguin constant vers le c\u0153ur [perfusion cardiaque <em>ex-situ<\/em> (EHSP)], alors qu&rsquo;il est hors du corps, ce qui devrait permettre des temps de trajet plus longs entre les sites du donneur et du receveur. Pour l&rsquo;adoption de nouvelles technologies en m\u00e9decine, il est important de comprendre les perspectives des personnes qui utiliseront \u00e9ventuellement le dispositif.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, les objectifs de cette \u00e9tude sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Explorer les perspectives des intervenants p\u00e9diatriques \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l&rsquo;ESHP et,<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les obstacles \u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de cette technologie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h5>Quels sont certains des d\u00e9fis auxquels vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s dans le cadre de cette recherche ? Comment les avez-vous surmont\u00e9s ?<\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<p>En raison de la COVID et des demandes concurrentes sur le temps des praticiens de la sant\u00e9, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile de conduire des entretiens. Nous avons surmont\u00e9 ce probl\u00e8me en organisant des sessions de groupes plus petits en virtuel et en proposant plusieurs options de temps auxquelles les praticiens pouvaient se joindre. Nous recrutons actuellement pour le volet enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. La participation a \u00e9t\u00e9 lente, mais nous avons con\u00e7u l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate pour qu&rsquo;il soit facile d&rsquo;y r\u00e9pondre et nous envoyons des rappels \u00e0 notre public cible.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5>Pourquoi cette recherche est-elle importante ?<\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Pour qu&rsquo;une nouvelle technologie soit adopt\u00e9e en m\u00e9decine, il faut qu&rsquo;elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien de la communaut\u00e9 des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 qui interagissent avec cette technologie. Par cons\u00e9quent, en comprenant les perceptions actuelles des gens \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de ce type de technologie, y compris les id\u00e9es fausses, et en identifiant les obstacles \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, nous pouvons nous assurer que les futures initiatives \u00e9ducatives, la conception des essais cliniques et le d\u00e9ploiement des nouvelles technologies EHSP tiennent compte de ces facteurs.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5>Quelles sont les prochaines \u00e9tapes de ce projet ?<\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats des entretiens qualitatifs, nous avons con\u00e7u une enqu\u00eate pour atteindre un public plus large afin d&rsquo;obtenir des commentaires sur l&rsquo;ESHP. La prochaine \u00e9tape consistera \u00e0 sonder les familles, y compris celles d&rsquo;anciens receveurs de greffes cardiaques p\u00e9diatriques, les candidats actuels \u00e0 une greffe cardiaque et les personnes qui sont pass\u00e9es par le processus de don afin de comprendre leur point de vue sur cette nouvelle technologie.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-double sep-dotted\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:1px;border-bottom-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h5><strong>Habitudes pour un c\u0153ur sain<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit donc du moment id\u00e9al pour souligner l&rsquo;importance de la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire, car chaque battement de c\u0153ur compte. Saviez-vous que, selon la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coeuretavc.ca\/\">Fondation des maladies du c\u0153ur<\/a>, neuf Canadiens sur dix pr\u00e9sentent au moins un facteur de risque de maladie cardiaque, d&rsquo;accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral ou de d\u00e9ficience cognitive vasculaire ? Mais pr\u00e8s de 80 % des maladies cardiaques et des accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s en adoptant des <strong>habitudes de vie saines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Notre sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire est affect\u00e9e par notre environnement physique et social, et par des facteurs tels que la disponibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;aliments sains, l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation physique et les conditions de travail.
