s\u00e9rie de webinaires 2021 avec la Dre Lisa Mellon de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine et des sciences de la sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;Irlande.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation de la Dre Mellon portera sur ses conclusions d&rsquo;une revue Cochrane examinant les effets des interventions visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion aux m\u00e9dicaments immunosuppresseurs apr\u00e8s une transplantation d&rsquo;organe. Seront \u00e9galement abord\u00e9s les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mesure de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion, le d\u00e9bat sur les r\u00e9sultats pertinents de la non-adh\u00e9sion et les prochaines \u00e9tapes pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion aux m\u00e9dicaments apr\u00e8s une transplantation.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00c0 propos de Dre Lisa Mellon<\/h5>\n<p>La Dre Lisa Mellon est psychologue de la sant\u00e9, et est conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re au <em>Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland<\/em> (RCSI) depuis 2014. Elle a occup\u00e9 des postes de recherche postdoctorale sur des projets \u00e9valuant la qualit\u00e9 des soins pour les services de sevrage tabagique dans les h\u00f4pitaux irlandais, et avec l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ASPIRE-S (<em>Action on Secondary Prevention Interventions and Rehabilitation in Stroke<\/em>). Lisa est titulaire d&rsquo;une licence en psychologie et d&rsquo;une ma\u00eetrise en psychologie de la sant\u00e9, tous deux obtenus au NUI, \u00e0 Galway. Avant de commencer son doctorat dans le cadre du <em>HRB PhD Scholars Programme in Health Services Research<\/em> au RCSI, elle a travaill\u00e9 dans des services hospitaliers de premi\u00e8re ligne et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de sant\u00e9 publique et de m\u00e9decine pr\u00e9ventive de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Monash \u00e0 Melbourne.
