He is acting as administrator in Qu\u00e9bec, Canada and internationally. Furthermore, he interacts with the media on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>In 2011, Louis Beaulieu was elected Full member of The Transplantation Society (TTS) and, in 2013, member of the Board of Directors of the International Society for Organ Donation and Procurement (ISODP) where is acting as the Treasurer since 2017.<\/p>\n<p>From 2010 to 2018, he was appointed by the Cabinet of Qu\u00e9bec, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec \u2013 Sant\u00e9 (FRQ-S).<\/p>\n<p>Louis Beaulieu is a Speech-Language Pathologist since 1993. From 1996 to 2008, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ordre des orthophonistes et audiologistes du Qu\u00e9bec*. Alongside this, he was the Vice President (1998-2006) and then the President (2006-2008) of the Qu\u00e9bec Interprofessional Council. In 2017, he received the Award M\u00e9rite du Conseil. In 2014, he was honored by the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al as one of the 8 graduates between 8 000 people form the 1989 promotion.<\/p>\n<p>Louis Beaulieu obtained his first Bachelor\u2019s degree in Arts, from Universit\u00e9 Laval (1986). He earned his second Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sciences in 1989, followed in 1993 by a Master\u2019s degree in speech language pathology and audiology from Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al.
