Isabelle Dor\u00e9’s bio<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Initially trained in sociology, Isabelle Dor\u00e9 holds a Ph.D. in public health and\u00a0epidemiology and a postdoctoral fellowship in kinesiology. She is an assistant professor at the School of Kinesiology and Physical Activity Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine of the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al and in the School of Public Health of the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al. She is a regular researcher at the Centre de recherche du Centre hospitalier de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al (CRCHUM). Her research focuses on physical activity as a strategy to promote mental health and reduce the risk of anxiety and depressive disorders and aims to understand the mechanisms that may explain the benefits of physical activity on these mental health indicators.
