A position on the CDTRP Data Safety and Monitoring Board (DSMB) is now open.<\/strong> We are launching a call for applications and nominations to identify a qualified replacement.<\/p>\n

Who we are seeking:<\/strong> <\/em>We are seeking an active or retired academic investigator who has experience in clinical trials testing interventions directed toward improved outcomes in solid organ transplantation. Prior service as a member of an REB or DSMB is highly desirable but not necessary.<\/p>\n

Nature of the role:<\/strong> DSMB members provide independent oversight of CDTRP\u2011supported clinical trials, reviewing safety data, monitoring study progress, and making advisory recommendations to sponsors. The DSMB meets twice per year<\/strong>, with occasional ad hoc meetings<\/strong> if required. Members are expected to review study materials in advance of meetings and participate in discussions and voting.<\/p>\n
