We are pleased to acknowledge the ongoing support of Astellas, whose sponsorship helps expand the CDTRP Patient Portal. The Portal serves as a national hub, connecting the donation and transplant community with patient resources, research, and opportunities for patient engagement.<\/p>\n

The Portal brings together searchable resources from across Canada, including plain-language information on organ and tissue donation, links to transplant programs nationwide, and practical supports for those navigating the transplant journey. It also features a dedicated Patient Engagement Resources section, offering tools, guides, and best practices to support meaningful engagement for both researchers and people with lived experience.<\/p>\n

Portal also includes a Patient Engagement Opportunities<\/strong> page, which connects patients, families, and donors with opportunities to get involved in donation and transplantation research, while providing researchers and partners with an easy way to share engagement opportunities within their networks.<\/p>\n
