Amal Trigui (Ph.D.) recently earned her Ph.D. in Nutrition from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al. Her research at CRCHUM focused on malnutrition and sarcopenia in liver transplantation, under the supervision of Dr. Chantal B\u00e9meur and the co-supervision of Dr. Christopher Rose. Amal began her academic journey in Tunisia, her home country, where she obtained a bachelor\u2019s degree in Medical Biology and received a national excellence scholarship to pursue graduate studies in Canada. She moved to Canada in 2017 and completed her master\u2019s degree in 2019, studying the protective effects of extra virgin olive oil on age-related changes in lipoproteins. Across her academic and professional experience, Amal has contributed to several scientific publications.
