border-dotted\">\n<p>This study aims to collect perspectives on the future of xenotransplantation in Canada from those are involved kidney transplantation as patients, donors, family members or professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Study results will lead to policy recommendations and will be presented to transplant professionals.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-gray-500 mx-auto mt-6\">\n<h4>Experience required<\/h4>\n<p>Eligible participants are adult (18+):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kidney transplant recipients, kidney transplant candidates, living kidney donors, and family caregivers.<\/li>\n<li>We are also recruiting professionals involved in kidney transplantation, organ procurement, and the ethics of research involving animals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-gray-500 mx-auto mt-6\">\n<h4>Potential roles for PFD Partners<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation in this study involves a one-time interview, preceded by a short online sociodemographic survey and a brief recorded presentation of background information.<\/li>\n<li>Participants can choose between an individual or collective (focus group) interview.<\/li>\n<li>Individual interviews will last 40-60 minutes and can be done over the phone or video link at a time that suits the participant.<\/li>\n<li>Focus group discussions will be held over the videoconferencing application Teams, at a time convenient to a majority of participants, and will last 90-120 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualitative interviews or focus group discussions will cover topics such as expectations, ethical
