The curriculum and learning activities have been designed to help participants:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-list\">\n<li class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-listItem\" data-list-indent=\"1\" data-list-type=\"bulleted\">Strengthen their knowledge, awareness, and skills for working with and providing service to Indigenous people and communities<\/li>\n<li class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-listItem\" data-list-indent=\"1\" data-list-type=\"bulleted\">Work more safely and effectively with Indigenous people<\/li>\n<li class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-listItem\" data-list-indent=\"1\" data-list-type=\"bulleted\">Begin considering their role in correcting, rebuilding and transforming systems to uproot Indigenous-specific racism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training sessions are self-paced and you will have 8 weeks to complete the program. Anticipated time commitment is 8-10 hours.
