Register now for the CellCAN 3rd Strategic Forum: September 19-21, 2022<\/strong><\/h4>\n

CellCAN is hosting it’s 3rd Strategic Forum,\u00a0Cell and Gene Therapy Revolution: All hands on deck!\u00a0<\/strong>from September 19 to\u00a021, 2022, at the Westin Ottawa.<\/p>\n

After the success of the first two editions in March 2017 (Montreal) and March 2019 (Toronto), it\u2019s clear Canada is strategically positioned to take advantage of the cell and gene therapy revolution on a global scale.<\/p>\n

The COVID-19 pandemic also brought its many challenges and CGTs are more than ever at the forefront. With a focus on addressing the talent gap of skilled HQPs, the third edition of the Strategic Forum in Ottawa in September 2022\u00a0<\/span>is an important step towards this goal and it will be a privilege to see you (finally!) in person.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The field of regenerative medicine and cell and gene therapy is rapidly evolving thanks to the excellence in fundamental research and new front-line technologies. Collaboration and information sharing between researchers, regulators, funding agencies and industry is essential and requires a streamlined approach to conducting cell and gene therapy clinical trials. \nOur mission is to improve the quality, safety and feasibility of cell and gene therapy in Canada through optimal manufacturing practices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CellCAN is working to make full use of this potential by allowing for unprecedented collaboration between all key stakeholders in the field of cell-based therapy. CellCAN is a network of Canada’s main cell therapy centres.\u00a0CellCAN is also implementing platforms so that researchers, clinicians, granting bodies, industry stakeholders, charitable organizations, members of the government, patient representatives and the public can exchange knowledge, express their needs, and share their questions and even concerns.<\/p>\n
