Registration is now open for the 2022 Banff-CST Joint Meeting!<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The\u00a02022 Banff-CST Joint Meeting<\/a>\u00a0will be held at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity and ONLINE, September 19 – 23, 2022<\/strong>. This year’s meeting will bring together members of the Banff Foundation For Allograft Pathology and the Canadian Society of Transplantation for a hybrid event, combining both in-person and virtual experiences.<\/p>\n

The group is excited to be meeting in-person and have put together an outstanding program dedicated to expanding delegates’ knowledge of clinical and basic science, while exploring innovative approaches to common issues found in donation and transplantation in Canada. IT\u2019S BACK!! $100K T3 Grant Competition \u2013 Call for Submissions<\/strong><\/h5>\n

CST in collaboration with Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. and Paladin Labs Inc. are proud to announce the return of Transformative Thinking in Transplant (T3) Competition<\/strong>, to be held on September 22, 2022.<\/p>\n

In the next generation of the T3 series of grants, the objective of this competition entitled the 2022 CST T3 Grant Competition in Transplantation and Donation<\/strong> is to support clinical research studies aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of life<\/strong>. Clinical research may include studies on treatment, prevention, diagnostics, natural history, behavioral studies, health economics, epidemiology, or quality improvement. Quantitative and qualitative methodologies are included. Three finalists will be invited to present their ideas at a virtual event on September 22, 2022. As ranked by the live audience, the top finalist will be awarded $50,000 and the second and third-ranked finalists will each receive an award in the amount of $25,000.<\/p>\n
